Welcome to the 34th Annual Heritage Days Festival! Thank you for participating and for celebrating us!!

Booth Types: Crafts, Commercial, Flea Market, Informational, Political

Reservations: Booth space applications and payment of booth fees are $50 (Profit or Not-for-Profit) before June 1, 2024 and $60 (Profit or Not-for-Profit) after June 1, 2024. Cancellations may be made by contacting the Chamber Office as soon as possible but no later than Friday, June 14. Cancellations received after June 14 will result in booth fee forfeiture. Cancellations must be in writing and sent to the Chamber Office via US mail or email. No phone calls or voicemail messages please.

Booth Information: Each booth is 10’ x 10’. All times must fit within the 10’ x 10’ booth space or additional space must be purchased. You will be responsible for all tables, chairs, tents, etc. If you bring a trailer, it must fit within your rented space, including hitches, tanks, canopies or other items attached to or protruding from it. All vendors are responsible for keeping the area around their space clean during the event and as you leave it. If you have special needs, please advise the Chamber Office in writing no later than June 1, 2024. To the extent that is possible, we will make every attempt to accommodate your needs.

Set Up: Set up will begin at 7:30am Saturday, June 22. Arrangements must be made in advance if you plan to arrive and begin set up before 7:30am. Trailers which cannot be contained within your rental space will need to be moved out of the vendor area. As you check-in, please ask for directions to usable parking spaces. All booths must open by 9:00am and must remain open until 4:00pm. At check-in, you will receive your space assignment.

The Boonville Area Chamber of Commerce is not responsible for injuries, damages and liabilities. The event is a rain or shine
event, booth fees will not be reimbursed. We reserve the right to return your application and fee if we deem you to be inappropriate for our festival or a duplication of an application received prior to yours.

Please don’t park in restricted areas or disregard street closures. Your vehicle may be towed. If you need assistance to locate
unrestricted parking, please speak with a Heritage Days staff volunteer for directions.
