Local professional office is seeking responsible individual to greet clients, answer phone/emails, provide administrative and secretarial support including handling of sensitive client data and information, calendar and schedule maintenance, coordinate and organize meetings and other general office duties. Minimum qualifications are general computer skills, professional use of customer service principles and practices, knowledge of Microsoft Office and QuickBooks, experience with Excel spreadsheets and customer databases, keyboard skills, verbal and written communication skills, general office experience and professional personal presentation.
