The Administrative Specialist will perform various receptionist/secretarial duties, including answering multi-line phones, managing consumer records in an electronic medical record system, scheduling appointments with clinical staff, performing Notary Public duties as needed, and other duties as assigned by the Program Director in support of the team which provides quality customer service to individuals with severe mental illnesses. Position is full time working days with full benefits that include medical and dental insurance, paid holidays, paid leave, and 403(b) retirement plan. Minimum qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent; experience in medical office desired but will train. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, have a pleasant, patient demeanor, excellent customer service skills, the ability to multi-task, and an interest in working in the mental health field.
