Welcome to the 30th Annual Heritage Days! Heritage Days is Boonville’s birthday party and we are celebrating 180 years—thank you for participating!
Please Note: There are 15 spaces available. The vendors who send payment first gets the space—regardless of food type. All food vendors are responsible for keeping your booth space clean during the event and after the event. If the committee needs to clean your area at any time, you will not be invited back to our festival.
Reservations: Booth space application and payment of booth fees must be received by June 7, 2019. If you need to cancel, please contact the Chamber office as soon as possible, but no later than Friday, June 7th. Cancellations received after that time will result in booth fee being forfeited. Cancellations must be in writing and sent to the Chamber Office through mail, FAX or email. No phone calls or voice messages will be accepted.
Booth Information: Each Booth Space is 12 x 12. The committee will assign your location. SPOT ASSIGNMENT WILL BE HANDED OUT THE DAY OF THE EVENT You will be responsible for all tables, tents, chairs, etc. If you have any special needs, make sure we are aware and have made acceptable arrangements in writing by June 7, 2019. Trailers must fit into 12 x 12 booth space or you may purchase additional booth space. (This includes hitches, tanks, canopies, or other items that protrude off of the trailer.) NO ALLOWANCES will be made if trailers do not fit into your rented space. You will forfeit your space and your booth fee.
Set Up Time: Set up will begin at 6:30 a.m.;Food vendors must be in assigned booth location by 7:00 a.m. No vehicles will be allowed to enter or leave after 7:00 a.m. Prior to 6:30 a.m. if you have a trailer arrangements must be made in advance. All booths must open at 9:00 a.m. and must remain open until 4:00 p.m.
Food Handling Safety Certification: The City of Boonville has a food handling training mandate for temporary food establishments. Food vendors may be inspected by Cooper County Public Health and must have documented proof that they meet certification requirements. Electricity: There is no electricity. If you need electricity, you MUST, provide a generator.
Note: All participants are required to record and pay any applicable sales tax. Do not park in areas that are blocked off for other events or your vehicle will be towed. Committee members will be available to direct.
