Dear Exhibitor:
Welcome to the 30th Annual Heritage Days! Heritage Days is Boonville’s birthday party and we are celebrating 180 years thank you for participating!

Reservations: Booth space application and payment of booth fees must be received by June 7, 2019. If you need to cancel, please contact the Chamber office as soon as possible, but no later than Friday, June 9th. Cancellations received after that time will result in booth fee being forfeited. Cancellations must be in writing and sent to the Chamber Office through mail, FAX or email. No phone calls or voice messages will be accepted.

Booth Information: Each booth space is 12’x 12’. The committee will assign your location. SPOT ASSINGMENTS WILL GIVEN OUT THE DAY OF THE EVENT. You will be responsible for all tables, tents, chairs, etc. If you have any special needs, make sure we are aware and have made acceptable arrangements in writing by June 7, 2019. All items must fit into 12 x 12 booth space or you may purchase additional booth space. If you have a trailer, it must fit within your rented space. This includes hitches, tanks, canopies, or other items that protrude off of the trailer. NO ALLOWANCES will be made if items do not fit into your rented space. You will forfeit your space and your booth fee. All vendors are responsible for keeping your booth space clean during the event and after the event. If the committee needs to clean your area at any time, you will not be invited back to our festival.

Set Up Time: Set up will begin at 6:30 a.m.; prior to 6:30 a.m. if you have a trailer arrangements must be made in advance. All booths must open at 9:00 a.m. and must remain open until 4:00 p.m

Limited Electricity: Electricity will be available in some locations for an additional fee of $10. Please be sure to note if you require electricity. If you require more than 1 outlet, you will be responsible for providing a generator. You will be responsible for providing your own extension cords. 120 Volt Only. Electrical spots will be identified and assigned prior to set up. Please do not use those unassigned.

Note: Heritage Days is a family-oriented event. Please use discretion when selecting items and themes for your booth. All participants are required to record and pay any applicable sales tax. Do not park in areas that are blocked off for other events or your vehicle will be towed. Committee members will be available to direct.
