Boonville Police Department COVID-19 Press Release
The Boonville Police Department will be implementing the following changes effective March 19, 2020 at 12:00 pm until further notice:
- The vestibule will remain open but the lobby will be locked at the Police Department and access will be limited. We encourage people NOT to come to the Police Department unless absolutely necessary. We suggest you call 660.882.2727 and speak with a Communications Officer before arrival as access will be extremely restricted.
- If you need a copy of a report, wish to file a complaint, or have a Sunshine Law request, you can call 660.882.2727 during normal business hours. The report will be mailed or emailed to you if possible. Email phyllis.newman@boonvillepd.org
or bob.welliver@boonvillepd.org with your requests.
Please expect delays. Forms may be found at the following link: https://boonvillemo.org/forms/. - We will respond to medical emergencies but will not enter a residence until medics arrive and ask for assistance. If you call 911, please give them the pertinent information on the patient and, if lifesaving measures are warranted, our officers will provide aid.
- Officers will respond to calls for service as usual for now but further measures may be required.
